Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform you about the personal data Erun Studio processes through its website and its invitation-only brief form.
1. Data controller

2. Data processed
Identity and contact: full name, phone, email, preferred contact channel.
Project information: location, block/parcel, area, services requested, building type, storeys/units/shops expected, style preferences, reference links and notes you share.
Transaction security: when your invitation link was created, used and expires.
No analytics or advertising data is collected from site visitors, and no tracking cookies are used.
3. Purposes
To assess your request, prepare a preliminary (zoning) feasibility study and a proposal, contact you and run a possible contract process.
4. Legal grounds and collection
Data is collected electronically through the brief form opened by your personal invitation link.
Legal grounds: necessity for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and the explicit consent you give in the form (Art. 5/1).
5. Transfers
Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Hosting, database and email delivery are provided by service providers located abroad; your data may therefore be stored on servers outside Türkiye solely to provide these services, within the scope of KVKK Art. 9.
It may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
6. Retention
Data is kept as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Invitation links expire after 7 days.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to recipients, object to an adverse result from solely automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
